Medicine and Integration
Intentional & expansive
MEDICINE JOURNEYS FOR
RADICAL HEALING & INNER TRANSFORMATION
Expanded states of consciousness help us access memories, emotions, beliefs, and nervous system patterns that feel unreachable in everyday awareness.
When held with intention and integration, these experiences can dissolve depression, soften anxiety, support ADHD regulation, and release trauma that lives in the body and mind.
Medicine work isn’t about escaping reality; it’s about coming home to yourself, slowly, safely, and with reverence.

How can I support you?
My work supports conscious humans who are ready for radical change – those who have tried talk therapy, mindset work, or personal development and still feel like something deeper is asking to be healed.
I blend gentle and intuitive coaching, nervous system regulation, Internal Family Systems (IFS) elements, somatic and embodiment tools, shadow work, and spiritual ritual into my practice.
Medicine experiences are much more than a moment in time – they're a portal into whole-self healing.

Psychedelics won’t do the work for you. They just shine a light on where to go. The real work begins when you return.

MEDICINE IS JUST THE DOORWAY...
Integration is true healing
Medicine is a mirror. It reveals the parts of you that have been waiting for your attention, tenderness, and remembering. With intentional guidance, expanded states can dissolve lifelong fear, soften depression, recalibrate anxiety overwhelm, and release trauma at the level where it actually lives: in the body, the nervous system, and the unconscious mind.
Real healing doesn’t happen in one moment – it happens through integration, embodiment, and relational support. My role is to hold you through that unfolding with clarity, attunement, and love.
Medicine work can be supportive for:
-
Depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, & grief
-
Increasing emotional resilience & capacity
-
Cultivating inner peace and self-regulation
-
Gaining clarity about purpose and relationships
-
Fostering creativity, sensuality, and self-trust
-
Releasing stuck emotions or somatic trauma
-
Repatterning old beliefs
-
Building awareness and compassion around different parts of ourselves that have developed to help us survive trauma
-
Improved interpersonal communication and secure attachment
Nothing replaces working with a healthcare provider when needed. My work is a complementary approach that focuses on emotional and spiritual healing, not clinical diagnosis or psychiatric treatment.
