Medicine and Integration
Intentional & expansive
MEDICINE JOURNEYS FOR
RADICAL HEALING & INNER TRANSFORMATION
Expanded states of consciousness help us access memories, emotions, beliefs, and nervous system patterns that feel unreachable in everyday awareness.
When held with intention and integration, these experiences can dissolve depression, soften anxiety, support ADHD regulation, and release trauma that lives in the body and mind.
Medicine work isn’t about escaping reality; it’s about coming home to yourself, slowly, safely, and with reverence.

How can I support you?
My work supports conscious humans who are ready for radical change – those who have tried talk therapy, mindset work, or personal development and still feel like something deeper is asking to be healed.
I blend gentle and intuitive coaching, nervous system regulation, Internal Family Systems (IFS) elements, somatic and embodiment tools, shadow work, and spiritual ritual into my practice.
Medicine experiences are much more than a moment in time – they're a portal into whole-self healing.
"What stood out most [during my group psilocybin ceremony] was how safe I felt with Dana in the space. She was incredibly attuned to each individual and I left that ceremony feeling inspired and less alone in the world..."
Renee G.
"Dana has a rare gift for holding space with integrity, compassion, sensitivity and depth. I trust the work she offers wholeheartedly and I would recommend stepping into any container she creates"
Renee G.
"Our work together introduced new ideas and a deeper awareness of parts of myself I hadn’t fully seen before. With Dana’s attuned presence and caring nature, I was able to identify and truly connect with aspects of myself that needed attention, care, and expression."

"I now understand how this form of work can provide meaningful direction and intention, while beautifully complementing traditional therapy. I was especially impressed by how knowledgeable Dana is across therapeutic approaches, guiding me thoughtfully and without judgment."

MEDICINE IS JUST THE DOORWAY...
Integration is true healing
Medicine is a mirror. It reveals the parts of you that have been waiting for your attention, tenderness, and remembering. With intentional guidance, expanded states can dissolve lifelong fear, soften depression, recalibrate anxiety overwhelm, and release trauma at the level where it actually lives: in the body, the nervous system, and the unconscious mind.
Real healing doesn’t happen in one moment – it happens through integration, embodiment, and relational support. My role is to hold you through that unfolding with clarity, attunement, and love.
Medicine work can be supportive for:
-
Depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, & grief
-
Increasing emotional resilience & capacity
-
Cultivating inner peace and self-regulation
-
Gaining clarity about purpose and relationships
-
Fostering creativity, sensuality, and self-trust
-
Releasing stuck emotions or somatic trauma
-
Repatterning old beliefs
-
Building awareness and compassion around different parts of ourselves that have developed to help us survive trauma
-
Improved interpersonal communication and secure attachment
Psychedelics won’t do the work for you. They just shine a light on where to go. The real work begins when you return.

Access and Equity
Before this chapter of my work, I was deeply rooted in the social justice space.
In my corporate career, I held leadership roles within an employee resource group for people of color, where I first learned how to hold space for complex, nuanced conversations around race & identity, and how to advocate for and amplify voices that are too often unheard. When I was laid off, I experienced grief on many levels. But the loss of that space was one of the most heartbreaking parts.
Though I am a woman of color, I am also deeply aware of the privilege I hold. I’ve had access to healing modalities, support, and resources that have profoundly changed (and saved) my life. I know that access like this is not the norm.
So many people who feel called to healing are the very ones who are most often excluded from it. That disparity matters to me, and it’s something I’m committed to addressing in a real, tangible way.

THE AMELIA SCHOLARSHIP
The Amelia Scholarship (named after my 4-year-old little girl part who needed someone to advocate for her the most) was created to support individuals who feel called to this work but may not have the financial means to access it.
If this work is in alignment, but cost is a barrier, I invite you to reach out.
And if you have the capacity and feel called to support someone else’s healing journey, you can contribute to the scholarship here. Every contribution, no matter the size, helps expand access. You never know whose life you may help change.
